MAINTENANCE
Dairoro adheres to stringent standards in material selection and craftsmanship to guarantee superior quality of allfurniture pieces. To maintain your furniture in optimal condition, proper care and regular upkeep are required. Below are recommended guidelines for your reference:
GENUINE LEATHER FURNITURE
①REGULAR CLEANING
Wipe the genuine leather surface with a clean damp cotton cloth to remove dust and dirt. Special leather cleaner may also be used for cleaning, but the product instructions must be followed.
②AVOID DIRECT SUNLIGHT AND HIGH TEMPERATURE
Prolonged exposure to sunlight may cause genuine leather furniture to fade and crack, so keep it away fromdirect sunlight. Ifit will not be used for a long time, cover the leather furniture with cloth and store it in a cool anddry place.
③AVOID CONTACT WITH SHARP OBJECTS
Prevent sharp tools or hard items such as hooks and buttons from rubbing directly against genuine leather furniture to avoid scratches and scuffs.
④KEEP AWAY FROM MOISTURE
Genuine leather furniture is prone to mildew in humid environments, so keep the space dry and wel-ventilated. You may use moisture-absorbing boxes to remove dampness during wet seasons.
⑤LEATHER CONDITIONING
Regularly apply professional leather care oil or wax to maintain genuine leather furniture, which can protect its surface from oxidation and fading.
FABRIC FURNITURE
①DAILY CLEANING
When covered with dry dirt such as dust and sand, simply pat it off gently or vacuum it thoroughly. For granular sand, use a soft brush to sweep inward lightly.
②REGULAR DUST REMOVAL
Fabric furniture tends to look dull after prolonged use. Dust it regularly (once a week is recommended) to keep it clean and tidy.
③STAIN REMOVAL
If there are stains on fabric furniture (for drinks, fruit juice and other liquid spills, blot up excess liquid with cottontissue first), wipe off stains promptly with a clean damp cloth to prevent them from soaking deep into the fabric andbecoming hard to clean later. Note that velvet fabric furniture cannot be cleaned with water; dry cleaning agent should be used instead.
④DRY-CLEAN FABRIC COVERS AND LINERS
The fabric covers and liners of fabric furniture need to be dry-cleaned at a dry cleaner instead of being washedin water, and bleaching is prohibited. This prevents the covers from losing their original bright colors and looking worn out.
WOODEN FURNITURE
①Furniture made of solid wood and natural wood veneer must be placed in an environment with suitable temperature and humidity, with an optimal humidity range of 40 to 65. Block direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays will cause yellowing of the surface veneer.
②Do not rinse wooden furniture with water or wipe it with an overly damp cloth. Keep corrosive liquids such as alcohol, perfume and nail polish away from its surface. If any of the above liquids spill on the furniture, do not rub the stained area. Blot up the liquid with cotton cloth and contact professional staff for on-site treatment immediately.
③Do not place high-temperature containers directly on furniture surfaces; always use heat insulation pads.
④If liquids such as water, oil, wine or vinegar accidentally spill onto wooden furniture surfaces, blot them up immediately with cotton cloth, then wipe clean with a soft cotton cloth that is seventy to eighty percent dry.
GLASS FURNITURE
①DAILY USE
Glass furniture should be placed in a fixed position. Place items steadily onit. Avoid collisions and draggingthe furniture. Do not put overly heavy objects or sharp tools onit, as they may scratch the glass surface.
②GLASS CLEANING
Clean with glass cleaner together with newspaper or damp cotton cloth. For stubborn stains, wipe themoff with a towel dipped in beer or warm vinegar. Avoid using strongly acidic or alkaline solutions to clean glass furniture.
③AVOID EXTREME COLD AND HEAT
Cups, water heaters, ice cubes and ashtrays are usually placed on glass furniture, but these items must notcome into direct contact with the glass surface. Place coasters underneath to prevent local deformationcaused by thermal expansion and contraction of the glass.
④AVOID DIRECT SUNLIGHT AND RAIN
Glass furniture is assembled with other materials. Exposure to direct sunlight and rain will easily cause expansion and deformation of its components.
MARBLE FURNITURE
①DAILY USAGE
Avoid placing extremely hot or cold items directly on the surface. Use heat- insulating coasters under cups and tableware for thermal insulation.
②SAFETY PROTECTION
Marble is relatively fragile, so avoid striking or hitting it with hard objects to prevent cracking. For antique or valuable marble pieces, it is recommended to hire professionals for cleaning and maintenance.
③DAILY CLEANING
Marble furniture has natural porous characteristics (oil-guiding treatment is applied during production). Stainedliquids such as soy sauce and wine will seep into the stone if left for a long time. It is recommended to apply protective film for better preservation.
④DAMAGE REPAIR
If cracks, damages or other defects appear on marble (luxury stone), please contact professionals for repair.
MATERIAL DESCRIPTION
①Natural wood naturally contains inherent imperfections such as knots and burls. Even timber of the samespecies varies in shade and grain pattern. These are unavoidable natural characteristics of wood. Nevertheless,we will do our utmost to select premium raw materials and conduct proper processing during production tominimize impact on the product' s functionality and aesthetic appeal.
②Due to the special properties of dyed wood veneer, different batches and varying storage durations of thesame veneer will result in varying degrees of color difference. A color difference range of 5% to 10% falls within the normal quality standard.
③Due to the particularities of furniture manufacturing and the fact that all our wooden and metal products arehandcrafted, color differences may exist between different batches of the same product. A color differencewithin 5% falls within the normal quality standard.
④Products made of natural materials such as marble vary in color, shape, shade and grain across differentbatches and individual pieces. As all materials used for the products are pure natural stone, consistencycannot be guaranteed among every piece from each batch.
⑤Marble may contain natural fissures. Partial repairs, naturally formed local color patches and veins onindividual marble slabs are all within the normal scope. (Refer to industry standards for details.)
⑥Leather and fabric swatches are all dyed products. The supplier cannot guarantee consistent colors acrossall production batches, but our company promises to control color differences within the industry' sacceptable range. Due to the special manufacturing properties of nubuck leather, relatively significant color variation is inevitable.
⑦Genuine leather is processed from animal hides, so each piece features unique natural pores, scars and bloodvein marks. We will try our best to avoid obvious imperfections during material selection. However, nubuckand waxed oil leather have special production characteristics, which make abundant pores and tendon marks inevitable on these leathers.
⑧Some flannel, suede fabric and nubuck leather have directional pile, which leads to different light reflectioneffects depending on the direction of the pile.
⑨Products with hand-carved details allow minor imperfections. Every hand-carved piece has unique differences to varying degrees.
